Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Lymphara Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), for all treatments and services provided.
1. Booking and Payments
Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Single session bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit.
£30 for initial consultation appointments.
£25 for follow-up treatment sessions.
The remaining treatment balance is due before or at the time of your appointment.
Treatment packages of 4 or 6 sessions require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments are not refundable except where expressly stated within these Terms & Conditions.
2. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages secure planned appointment availability during your early post-operative recovery period and are offered at a discounted rate.
Packages are a time-bound course of treatment linked to a defined recovery window. They are not interchangeable or open-ended session credits.
Course of 4 treatments
Includes an initial consultation with first MLD session and 3 follow-up treatments.
Sessions are intended to be used within 3 weeks of the first treatment.
Course of 6 treatments
Includes an initial consultation with first MLD session and 5 follow-up treatments.
Sessions are intended to be used within 5 weeks of the first treatment.
Alternative scheduling outside these timeframes must be agreed in advance and is subject to availability and clinical suitability.
Once the first session in a package has taken place, the package is considered started and becomes non-refundable.
Unused sessions that fall outside the package timeframe are forfeited unless an extension has been agreed in advance for medical reasons.
3. Cancellation of Packages Before the First Session
Where a treatment package is cancelled before the first session takes place, the following applies.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first scheduled appointment may be refunded minus a £30 administration fee to cover booking, preparation, and diary planning time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first scheduled appointment will result in the first session being charged at the full single-session rate. Any remaining balance may be refunded.
Packages are discounted on the basis of commitment and reserved availability. Full refunds of discounted packages are not provided where appointment time has already been allocated.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in loss of the session or deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice results in the session being charged in full.
Missed sessions within a treatment package count as used sessions and are not replaced or refunded.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
5. Medical Delays and Clinical Pauses
If surgery is delayed before treatment begins, the package start date will move accordingly.
If treatment must pause due to hospital admission, infection, surgeon instruction, or other medical reasons, remaining sessions will pause and resume once treatment is clinically appropriate.
Medical pauses do not convert treatment packages into open-ended credit and do not guarantee future availability beyond the original recovery window.
If treatment is deemed unsafe to proceed on the day following clinical assessment, the session will be rescheduled and will not be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Availability Following Medical Delay
Treatment packages secure planned availability within a defined recovery window but do not guarantee availability at any future date.
Where treatment is delayed for medical reasons and Lymphara Ltd is unable to reasonably accommodate remaining sessions due to clinic capacity, planned leave, or availability constraints, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Refunds apply only to unused sessions. Completed sessions remain chargeable.
7. Clinic and Mobile Appointments
Lymphara Ltd is primarily clinic based. Mobile appointments are offered by request only and subject to availability. Mobile treatment is not guaranteed and must be agreed in advance.
Where a mobile appointment is agreed, travel within 5 miles of the clinic is included at no additional charge.
For appointments beyond this distance, travel fees apply only to the additional distance and travel time exceeding the initial 5 miles, including the return journey.
Travel fees are calculated based on additional mileage and time spent travelling and will be confirmed before booking.
For mobile appointments where a travel fee applies, the travel fee is payable in full at the time of booking and is separate from the treatment deposit.
Travel fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed.
Mobile appointments may have limited availability due to travel time and scheduling requirements.
8. Practitioner Cancellation
If Lymphara Ltd needs to cancel an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled.
If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, unused sessions will be refunded.
9. Medical Suitability
You must complete a full health and consent form before treatment.
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, surgeries, complications, and aftercare instructions.
Treatment depends on clinical assessment at each visit.
Lymphara Ltd reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not safe to proceed.
10. Treatment Outcomes
Treatment outcomes vary based on individual healing, medical history, and adherence to aftercare guidance.
Specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
11. Liability
Treatments are undertaken at your own risk.
Lymphara Ltd is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions, inaccurate medical information, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
12. Confidentiality
All client information is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection law.
13. Complaints
