These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Lymphara Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), for all treatments and services provided.
1. Booking and Payments
Appointments are confirmed once full payment or a non-refundable deposit is received. Remaining balances are due before or at the time of your session.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session fee being charged in full.
3. Medical Suitability
Before treatment, you must complete a full health and consent form. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, or ongoing treatments. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not suitable for your safety.
4. Treatment Outcomes
Results vary depending on individual health, healing, and adherence to post-care advice. Lymphara Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes but aims to support optimal recovery through evidence-based practice.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, treatments are undertaken at your own risk. Lymphara Ltd and its practitioners cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions that result from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare guidance.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with UK data protection law.
