Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always try to be flexible where possible.

To respect our clients’ time and clinic scheduling, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being charged in full.

• No-shows are charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

• Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

If you are unwell, have an infection, or are advised by your surgeon to delay treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule safely.
