Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always try to be flexible where possible. This policy exists to protect appointment availability while allowing for genuine medical circumstances.
Notice Period
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in loss of the session or deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice results in the session being charged in full.
Treatment Packages
Missed package sessions count as used treatments and are not replaced or refunded.
Package sessions cancelled with sufficient notice will be rescheduled within the package timeframe only.
Medical Postponement
If you are unwell, have an infection, or are advised by your surgeon to delay treatment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where treatment pauses for medical reasons, sessions will resume when clinically appropriate, subject to availability.
Where Lymphara Ltd cannot reasonably accommodate remaining sessions following a medical delay, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Mobile Appointments
For mobile appointments, late cancellations or non-attendance result in loss of the session fee and any agreed travel fee.
Practitioner Cancellation
If Lymphara Ltd needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled.
If rescheduling is not possible, unused sessions will be refunded.
