During my 8-day stay, the clinic insisted on daily post-op Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy. I didn’t understand why at first, but after each gentle session my swelling eased and I felt noticeably better. Before I flew home, my surgeon stressed: keep up the MLD.
